Understanding about thigmonasti movement in mimosa pudica plant
Prosedur:
a) find a mimosa pudica plant
b) touched the plant on:
-leaflet
-base of leaflet stalk
-base of leaf stalk
(by pencil and burning stick)
c)wait until the leaf back normal
d)write the result on the table

What happens when the Mimosa Pudica leaf is touched ?
· the leaf are closed by self
What is the different direction when it is touché by the parth?
· When we touch the leaflet, the leaf close in one by one
· When we touch the base of leaflet stalk, the leaf close in together with one stalk
· When we touch the base of leaf stalk, the leaf close together with the base of leaf
CONCLUTION:
The leaf of mimosa pudica can close by self if it is touched.

Because mimosa pudica have characteristic that is “THIGMONASTI MOVEMENT”
